Thai Airways (TG) Airport Lounge: Bangkok (BKK) Royal Silk Lounge 3/2008 |
Category: Airport Lounge | 2008-04-19 |

A variety of hot and cold food items are served in the lounge. Comparing to the Royal Orchid Lounge in Hong Kong International Airport, food & beverage selection and quality are not that good in this Royal Silk Lounge. You would think that since Bangkok is Thai Airways' 'Home', food offering in the lounge should be very good. But, that is not the case and we were quite disappointed! |

Royal Orchid Spa is located in Concourse D, Level 3. Here, Royal First passengers can enjoy full ranges of service including three Spa Suites with Jacuzzi and Tropical rain fall, and a full hour of foot massage and traditional Thai massage on neck and shoulder. |
For Royal Silk passengers, they may use either a 30-minute foot massage or a 30-minute traditional. It is a first-come first-serve service, they will not take appointments. If you want to enjoy a FREE massage, I would suggest that you get there early. |

The Royal First Lounge is located at the end of the lounge area. Since it is kind of far from the reception area, Royal First passengers could take the electric buggy to the Royal First Lounge. |
